1.Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during estimated time of arrival, because shipper might contact you via phone.
2.Please make sure that you or your authorized person at shipping address. If we shipped to your shipping address and have a signature file, we do not take responsibility once the package is lost or stolen.

Helpful Hint:
1.We recommend shipping packages back using FedEx with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
2.Returned items must be used with gifts and product package attached. Defective items must be reported with Email within 14 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Report email: support@mebary.com
3.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. If the returning is due to buyer’s problem. We does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. When delivered, the unauthorized rejection is not allowed, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.
Refund:
1.If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
2.If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight and handling fee, and you must contact us for returning within one month of receiving.
3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
4.If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact with us at first. If you return the items without contacting us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.
Cancellation & Exchange:
You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours through our customer service email (support@mebary.com). For more than 2 hours, we can’t make sure if successful.
If you want to change order before ship out, you will be charged for $5; Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.
After the order is shipped out, if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mebary.com for the Return Info.
This hair is worth the money. This hair is amazing soft!! No shedding. Has no smell to it. Had it Installed for about a week and I am in love!! The lace can match well with my skin. Dont hesitate loves, buy this wig you wont be disappointed. The seller was so helpful through out the whole process. Response ASAP. I really love my unit. Its full. The curls are soft, there wasn't any bad odor. Ive been wearing it for over a week and no problems.I spray it with water and (curl cream 2 × a week) and I'm good all day. At night I put it in two braids +my sleeping cap. I will be ordering more and yes I do recommend.
The hair came with no bad smell and was true to length. Customer service is amazing! They are super friendly! Just got my hair today (the whole process was fast! Got it within about a week & a half ) the hair is soft, shiny and thick I love it! I ordered it for my birthday slay and I can tell I’m gonna love it so so much. I wanted to wait until I had install this unit to review it. First of all, the hair has a little bad smell when received but after a good wash and condition, it no longer did. I installed the unit and wore it for my birthday, I got so many compliments. The color is beautiful, the curl pattern is beautiful, and the hair is soft. There is slight tangling on the ends after a month but that is probably because I don’t care for the wig, that is not a problem of the wig I think. Will be purchasing again. Very satisfied.

After I received my tracking number, I have been tracking my parcel, but after it arrived in Memphis, there no update. I contacted mebary for that, they saying FedEx was looking for my parcel and asked me to wait patiently. At first, I was really angry. Then I went online.
